build the sign designs with carefully picked font choice and vector art

stain the wood and inlay the design for all prints onto the wood

as i figured out the correct inlay distance and width, we did many test cuts with our spare wood sheets

with all designs done, cut them all in v-carve and then saw them down on a table saw

lay out blue painters tape around the letters to allow paint to only fall in the holes

with precision brushes and multiple colors, a gradient was accomplished
